Today, some of our lovely clients learned a little about the exotic island of Sri Lanka followed by a cookery demonstration of a favourite island dish – chicken curry.
The event was jointly hosted with Jean-Marc Flambert, Director of Your Tourism Partner. Jean-Marc has lived in Sri Lanka and once represented the islands tourist board but now lives in the UK and continues to enjoy cooking his favourite Sri Lankan recipes.
Following the event, clients confirmed that Sri Lanka has now been added to their holiday wish lists and await their complimentary set of spices to arrive before also trying a Sri Lankan style curry and pol rotti for themselves.
