Alberta Explorer – self drive Calgary round trip 🚘

The province of Alberta, in Western Canada, offers so many different experiences that it’s hardly necessary to visit anywhere else, although it does link perfectly with the neighbouring province of British Columbia.

Where your journey could take you….

📍Calgary – visit the many sights and attractions in the area, including the Calgary Tower, Glenbow Museum which showcases Indigenous culture and modern-day art or step into a pre-1914 prairie railway town at Heritage Park Historical Village.

📍Waterton – take a boat out onto the beautiful Waterton Lake for the day

📍Banff – Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, explore the many scenic highlights such as Bow Falls, the Hoodoos and Surprise Corner, as well as taking the gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain

📍Lake Louise – Take in the breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and magnificent Victoria Glacier at Lake Louise

📍Jasper – While in Jasper visit Maligne, Medicine and Pyramid Lakes, Athabasca and Sunwapta Falls and Whistlers Mountain – the friendly, picturesque town of Jasper offers the perfect base for exploring the array of natural attractions.

📍Edmonton – The capital of Alberta, Edmonton has a host of city attractions including Fort Edmonton Park, the Muttart Conservatory, and the Royal Alberta Museum. Also recommended is a
ride aboard the High Level Bridge Streetcar – a charming, vintage streetcar, one of a handful still operating in Canada.

🌟Bonus🌟 If your travel dates include July 5th-14th 2024, why not include a 3-night Calgary Stampede package either at the start of the holiday or end of your holiday.
