As today is the first day of Spring, we have been reflecting on the last few months and realise how busy we have been!
We have welcomed enquiries from many more new clients in this first quarter of the year and those clients now have holidays to look forward to in Europe, the Middle East, Far East, USA, Australia and French Polynesia – WOW!!!!
Not only have we been busy booking some wonderful itineraries, but we have also been engaging with various local projects too. The King’s School, Chester saw a huge success with their production of Nicholas Nickleby at the end of February and Lomani proudly featured in the programme for the first time.
Following our award last October for Customer Service Exellence, The West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce invited us to give our top ten tips for customer excellence, which is featured in the Spring 2018 edition of their Business Mattters magazine for members.
March brought official confirmation that Lomani will now be a Young Chamber sponsor and Lomani MD, Lynne Swinnerton, was presented with a certificate of sponsorship and plaque by Debbie Bryce, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce at a recent lunch at the Abode Hotel in Chester. This was followed a week later by Lomanis first venture as a sponsor when we joined various other co-sponsor business owners and managers at Christleton High School where we assessed a cross section of EPQ presentations by the students. The standards of presentations was extremely high and extremely interesting to listen to.
Looking ahead to Summer, Lomani will be sponsor our first ever LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) event. Wrexham Tennis Centre will be hosting the British Fast4 Open Womens and Mens Singles tour on June 23rd and 24th and we will be there to cheer on the competitors and, you never know, try a game or two for ourselves!
