Africa

Africa is one of the most enchanting continents and has been a real passion of mine for many years.

South Africa offers the most gentlest of introductions to the southern region, and although it is impossible to discover all of its best known gems in just one visit, it will whet your appetite to return.  The experience may also open the mind to also considering a holiday to one of its neighbouring countries next time around.

A water based safari in Botswana offers a completely different perspective to viewing wildlife. A holiday in Namibia should not only include a visit to the Namib Desert but it is said that this is the country from which to view the world’s clearest skies. An itinerary in Southern Africa would not be complete without a couple of days at the thunderous Victoria Falls.

The experience of watching the annual wildebeest migration across the Serengeti of East Africa is an ambition many wish to fulfil in their lifetime.

Treks through the jungles of Uganda or Rwanda can result in a heart melting view of gorillas at play.

The mythical, exotic and romantic region of North Africa is hugely different to its Eastern and Southern counterparts. Egypt’s mythical past is brought to life by enthusiastic guides at its many historical sites and the labyrinthine of alleyways in Marrakech are a fascinating contrast to Morocco’s snow-capped Atlas mountains.

Add idyllic beach destinations such as Mauritius, the Seychelles, Zanzibar, and Mozambique and you have the makings of a truly memorable itinerary.
